Mike has a wealth of experience in security related fields having held the following senior and executive positions:
- General Manager Safety / Protection Services for Sun City Resort
- Director Marketing and Sales at Federal Protection Service Holdings
- Managing Director of Group 4 Falck which at the time of his exit was one of the largest providers of Security Services in South Africa
He was the first within the South African Security Industry to suggest, and to open, a division within a Security Company that focused solely on Hospitality and Resorts. This was due to his identification and understanding of the interdependency between the guest experience and their interaction with Security.
