Mike Wentworth, and Dai Edwards have been intimately involved in or around the Auxiliary Services Industry for a combined 50+ years. They have known and been associated with one another for 9 years.
The creation of ‘Exigent Security Group’ has come about as a result of their association, a common goal and an inherent belief that it ‘can be done better’. The Security Industry currently has two requirements critical to success - relationship and price. We have extensive relationships due to years of networking and offer market competitive pricing for our services. Product Differentiation
Exigent Security Group turns Protection Officers into Safety Ambassadors and Loss Control Officers who have security as their core area of responsibility through the following processes:
- Critical execution of grooming standards and image projection of protection officers are a pre requisite as they are the first point of contact with guests/clients/visitors and as such create the first impressions and perceptions of the facilities
- Protection Officers are selected on their ability to interact and communicate at all levels and are then further developed to become safety ambassadors with an acute general knowledge of the property and their immediate surroundings which they are tasked to protect
Value Added Service
The philosophy of Exigent Security Group is to become a Business Partner of the Client and not simply a Service Provider, thereby allowing a culture of ownership to be established and to take place between management and guard force.
