NEW CONTRACT START UP

When the company is awarded a new contract, a specific process is entered into which involves clearly and fully understanding the client requirements. This ensures that the site start up is successful and that the contract starts on a solid footing.

Areas that are covered are;

Analysis of client requirements

  • Grade required and profile fit of Protection officers to be recruited. Dependant on the site the Protection Officers may need to be more systems oriented or they may need to be more public relations oriented
  • Specific duties to be performed such as Access, Egress control, goods receiving, staff searching, etceteras.
  • Uniforming of the Protection officers in accordance with the client profile. When requested to do so we are not adverse to theming uniforms
  • Understanding of the clients ‘employees code of conduct’ which is then adapted to ours. This is important as our Protection Officers are also employees of the contractor
