EXIGENT SECURITY GROUP was born through the identification of a need in the market to provide Designed Security Solutions that are considerably different, unique and innovative.

In order to identify the needs of our future customers we conducted marketing surveys aimed at the identification of one area of service provision within the security industry that if focused on would provide us with a competitive edge in an already saturated market.

Of all companies surveyed, 87% identified that security companies providing sustainable service delivery coupled to transparent relationships were hard to find. The predominant perception was that services delivery in most instances was poor and relationships and interaction with management of the security service provider was weak at best and in many instances – non existent.

Having identified that the market was inundated with companies who were guilty of ‘over promising and under delivering’ Exigent Security Group entered into the market determined to build its business on the principle of ‘Sustainable Superior Service Delivery’ coupled to the maintaining of ‘Transparent and Qualitative Relationships’ with all who contracted our services.

Although all companies require growth to be successful, our one overriding criteria in determining our success as a company is ‘client retention’. We believe that the retention of all of our clients resultant from superior service delivery, creates the platform for sustainable growth.

Our Operating Vision is one of partnering clients and providing security related solutions that go beyond typical guarding and access control functions. Our belief is that a serious business understands the importance of protecting itself and recognizes the need for a practical security solution that is designed on a partnership basis.
